Modified Midgets of New Mexico, Inc. was formed during the winter of the '90-'91 season by a group tired of towing to race in Amarillo, Garden City and Phoenix. The Charter members were Bob Harrington, Dave Denison, the late Jim Milligan, Marty Gonzales, Tom & Scott Edwards, Gary Hill, Paul Luce, Dale Walls, Dee & Lee Little. For 1991 Inaugural feature race, Dave Denison won beating a field of 15 cars at the infield of Duke City Speedway. The club moved to Caplin Speedway for the 1994 season with a car count of 30 cars.
